That 'tell' is so blatant you'd almost think it was deliberate
bizarre...
Timing was spot on though, to be deliberate one would expect some slight dissonnance. His mouth is swollen too, and his eyes have that strange hunted look. Maybe it's grief, certainly it's anxiety of a high order.
