OK there never was an "official" story, the media made it up as they went along, prompted by the lies ....
Strange how nobody wants to remember the passengers - if we have to accept they didn't die in Shanksville, the Pentagon and the planes that hit the WTC were empty ... how did they die ?

Did any passengers die? We know that the identities of at least eight of the 19 alleged Arab hijackers were stolen, so why not those of the innocent passengers also? Wasn't that the plan in Operation Northwoods, to fake the destruction of a passenger-loaded airliner using an unmanned drone to simulate the airliner? If 911 was an inside job, the same method would likely have been applied.
If they didn't die their families haven't seen them since, and in the case of the Pentagon there has been a remarkable DNA identification of EVERY passenger's remains (sans the Arab hi-jackers) - although nobody can find traces of a Boeing Jetliner, its engines, undercarriage, seats, black box, luggage etc.,
